An insurer's name appearing on a list does not establish that every plan or network is accepted. Coverage can change, so confirm before scheduling or undergoing treatment.
Understanding separate charges
A surgical episode may generate separate charges for the surgeon, surgery center or hospital, anesthesiology, imaging, equipment and therapy. Ask your insurer and the relevant facilities for estimates and network verification. If surgery is recommended, request details from the clinical billing team.
